BE Your Own Present this Holiday Season© by Valerie White

I have found it takes a bit of intentional focus – active mental and emotional exercises so to speak – to shift your own thoughts and feelings into being the one driving the vehicle of your own consciousness – especially if you’ve allowed thoughts and feelings of others near and dear – be the main interpretations of truth for you.

A greater number of people in society through history have grown up simply accepting the thoughts and beliefs from others to be their own as well,until puberty hits, which is where most of the rebellion with teens kick in. A natural activation of course; as it’s the turnkey towards questioning what is, or what is not, real and or true; for you and your own inner, intuitive guidance.

For some the teen age years are a great breaking away. For others it’s a gradual falling through life’s cracks without ever having a true say so; which can result in going on autopilot by actively suppressing one’s own beloved power and glory to fit into someone else’s viewpoint, or opinion, of what is worthy, or valuable, to shine a light upon.

Yet, the truth is this…your own, inner, intuitive guidance sits in the drivers seat of your soul and so lovingly wants to gift YOU the grander perspective of having you express All that you are and all that is real and true for you in this lifetime.

GIFT yourself this beautiful awakening shift in consciousness – it’s the grandest PRESENT you can open for your self; as it literally transforms all areas of your life.

It can activate greater free will choice, love, freedom, liberation, peace and joy; from inside to out.

It can activate present day awareness towards BEing truly in the now with all aspects of yourself, and, towards BEing truly able to hear others, as is, without attachment or colorized personalization that may have nothing to do with them at all.

As you are able to intently listen, and hear, your own amazing, radiant, beautiful rhythm and dance, so too can you BE present to hearing all of that about another as well.

Hopes Eternal Flame
You finally have all my attention.

Where did I wander off to?

Bedazzling Sparkles of Sheer Brilliance

You are the Essence that cradles all that is within her womb; whose limitless bounty nourishes etheric frequencies; whose light absorbs limitations by lavishing bestowing unconditional love.

I don’t tell you often enough how much I love and appreciate your vibrational agreement to nurture my essence during my physical sojourn here.

You are ever so kind to all that is; in spite of the illusionary mindset that, at times, dishonors the provisions of altruistic love, joy, and wholeness of being; bestowed upon all clothed in human attire.

Please forgive me for responding with limiting ignorance, at times; towards the bountiful basket of natural remedies your womb brings to our table for human enrichment and sustenance.

Please forgive me for taking part, at times, in the unconscious, collective, ravishment upon your uplifting natural resources; all in the name of evolutionary progress, at your sacred expense.

Please forgive me for taking part in the unconscious mindset that plunges toxins and bile into the very womb of alignment with the portal that activates manifestations to appear in physical form ;

For taking part in the unconscious mindset, that at times, acts without consideration towards the after-effects that are dissipating your effervescent magnificence.

Please forgive me for forsaking, at times, the infinite grace you provide as balm to offset any reaping birthed from seeds soaked in the never ending cravings of “not enough”.

Talk is cheap…And I desire to ACT from LOVE

Blessed Mother Earth speak to the very core of my soul where I am fully present and heart-fully open…what can I truly offer in return for All that YOU are?

I love and adore YOU for cloaking our planet in such luscious continence; activating a delicious desire to adventure into the unknown, to dance and play with all that is evolving;

I love and adore YOU for the silken kisses that caress my cheeks as they simultaneously rustle leaves; and for splashing an infinite bouquet of colors upon the earthly canvas to pleasure my sight;

I love and adore YOU for stranding together the pearls of sound and stillness; a symphony of perfection that brings conscious awareness to the artful dance of thoughts becoming things;

I love and adore YOU for pouring your Glorious Essence into the most unexpected of places; for the splash of brilliant luminescence that canvases a darkened sky bursting with celebration of ever-evolving, cosmic splendor;

I love and adore YOU for providing the perfect alchemy that allows divine intelligence to flow unfettered throughout my cellular structure.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You…Blessed Mother Earth…You are Priceless and I am honored to be a part of you through each moment of my existence here.

Love is the Greatest Power of All© by Valerie White

Love is the greatest power of all; it has no blemishes; it has no wounds; it heals on contact; it’s light as rain; it washes away sorrows; it embraces change; it’s fearless in being whole and complete…

Love flows from within, remembers its core being-ness; its core light; its core self; it’s beauty; it’s splendor; it’s wondrous….

This is why children are such a great representation of the love and light; the wonder seen in them; the beauty; the splendor; a reflection of Divine in motion; the asking; the receiving; the beauty…

Other things in life reflect this love as well; part of it, yet a child’s purity reflects heaven on earth; heaven in earth; heaven’s wonder and spontaneity; they are clear and tapped in without filters…

Then the distortion of truth begins to be absorbed; distortions that lead to confusion and fragmented illusions; causing separation from oneness; separation from clear, pure unadulterated love flowing…

Distortions that create altered states of reality; separateness from soul and then from within oneness…

Survival sets in and the seeking of wholeness to fill in the gap from the outside sets in and cravings come; cravings within the egoic mind; cravings to fill up the emptiness that resulted from fragmented self from oneness…

And it’s hell on earth rather than heaven; it’s hell and survival of the fittest, with everything and everyone becoming the enemy towards survival, and the giving and receiving is distorted…

And it’s no longer the light flowing, yet darkness from self; shadows of illusion that are nightmarish in disguise, and unrest, and disease; no real peace can exist in that space…

Yet remembrance of love, real love, brings one back to wholeness; a non space and place of heaven on earth; heaven is here; heaven is within…

In the stillness, it is within; it flows; it’s sensations are illuminating and feel wondrous in the bodies; it repairs the fragments; seals the gaps; flows unfettered and effortlessly through the chakras; cleanses the cells…

It is the only balm that can bring all pieces of self together; it is the balm of wholeness and love in the now…

One with all of self, there is a beauty in this dance; and it’s one in circumstances; the vibration is sweet, sweet, sweet, flowing; humbling awakening in it’s auspiciousness; so much love and light pours through all the cells; wholly nourishing; wholly peaceful contentment in the moment…

Whole; joyful; serene; flows in from the unseen; courses through the cells; washes away debris; lightens up density; flushes out discrepancies; keeping one’s spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies from being fragmented; keeping soul wholly “one in consciousness”

Was born in Sandwich Massachusetts, the 4th child in a family of six; with my father being a military, career man. Our family moved around about 3-4 times in my youngest years before dad retired from the service in Summerville, SC.  After h.s. graduation, traveled west and lived on and off in: Texas and Nevada, then Tennessee, where I currently reside.

I came into the world as a very sensitive, intuitive empath; one of those children aware of the “elephants” in the room.  (elephants being issues no one really likes to talk about or resolve.  Without knowing what to call my innate gifts, this I did know; have always been very conscious of the subtle energy dance between the appearance of things and the unseen information being offered as well.

For many years, naively thought everyone “sensed” reality this way, yet found out later this was not the case.

Although Universal Laws of Creation and Attraction were not mainstream conversation during my growing years, in my reality  experiencing creative manifestations in a very short window of time came pretty easy.

Throughout my life have held a passion for mankind’s divine potential.  Even a little girl, my dad would say, “you don’t have to carry the world on your shoulders”.  This lifetime is one of service and part of that process is in assisting others towards discovering how their inner worth feels and looks like by being a reflective mirror of their thoughts and feelings.

This comes through the spiritual gift of being born an intuitive, healing empath.  People share things that no one else knows about them – even perfect strangers would simply reveal things that they held inside until we began having a conversation.

After the birth of my third child decided to pursue working online with something in order to be home full time with my children.

Upon seeking information from a well known Author in 2001, who was coaching and mentoring others online through a very unique community, I found my calling.  By investing in several coaching programs, my calling found me and was intuitively led to understand that coaching was a perfect match towards spiritually assisting others in discovering how to intuitively led by their own beloved, inner guidance.

In 2004, through focused intention, founded an online social/entrepreneurial community, called Powerful Intentions with 12 others.  It was a magical adventure that effortlessly manifested with ease, joy, fun and love within 3 months of us all coming together by phone.  The PI community grew to having over 200,000 members between the years of 2004 – 2008.

Most of my contribution at PI was through being their Director of Member Services; coaching and sharing with members ways on   how to apply  universal laws of intention and manifestation towards experiencing their heartfelt desires.  Spring of 2008, P.I.  moved it’s platform to the Ning Communities – where it currently resides.

Summer of 2008, my intuitive guidance said, “girl, it’s time once again to spread your wings and fly” so released myself from work with PI and spent about 4 months in meditative contemplation; faithfully knowing that in perfect timing, the vision of what I was meant to creatively manifest would show up.  In December of 2008, Tweaking Your Vibrations vision was birthed and January 09, was launched online.  http://tweakingyourvibrations.com.

It is under this umbrella that spiritual and resourceful tools are offered; whether it be individual, and/or group, intuitive coaching services.  In addition there are other supportive links from those are assisting in raising higher conscious living towards being in universal service to one another on planet earth.

In my spare time I love writing inspirational poetry or articles with a metaphoric viewpoint.  Also love reading, investing in personal transformational materials and celebrating all the magic that comes with  being with beloved family and friends!!!
